Getting Out of Company Relocation Package

I am currently employed by a large pharma company and have an 18 month relocation package that began on 5/31/06. I am working in a hostile work environment. They will not allow me to leave the department and I am being harrassed. Please help.

Your query does not have enough information. In what respect are you being harassed? You speak of a hostile work environment are you being treated unfairly because of you sex, age, race or some other protected category? Contact my office if you would like to consult further about your matter.
