Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I complained about my manager back in April to HR for making excessive phone calls and hovering over me because she was unhappy about the fact that I have multiple miscarriages and missed time. My manager then found out July 14th from a coworker that I was pregnant and on July 15th tried to change my informal flex work option. When I told her I couldn't because of my daycare arrangement with my son, she put me up for an incident report/policy violation for the 2 days I could not work in the office and was "not allowed" to work remotely those days as I usually did. Is there any level of discrimination here? I feel she is also retaliating against me.

It sounds like you may have a viable claim for discrimination based on pregnancy and several other categories. you should contact the Pennsylvania relations commission and or the EEOC. better yet you should consult with an attorney to discuss all the facts involved in your situation. Do not wait as there are strict time periods for filing state or federal claims.
