1 Answer from Attorneys

I would recommend first speaking to your attorney and expressing your feelings. Hopefully your attorney can adjust his/her actions to represent you in a way that satisfies you.

If that is not successful consider asking to switch to another attorney at the same firm or organization (if this is possible) since shifting a case or matter within a firm is much easier than taking it to another firm.

If that is not successful, remember that you can always decide to go with another firm or attorney. Keep in mind that you may still have to pay for work your original attorney has done.

If you have exhausted these options and/or you still feel like the original attorney is not representing your interests, you may want to contact the Disciplinary Board of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Here is a link that may be useful if you choose to go down that path: http://www.padisciplinaryboard.org/faqs/consumers.php
