Cut hours with a job.

I was in a car accident and missed work for a week with a doctor's note. Before I left I handed in my 3 weeks notice. When I came back, my manager cut my hours (i was promised full-time) because i ''screwed her over'' by being sick because of the car accident and because i quit sooner than she thought I would. Can she legally do that?
