Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
My daughter (18) works at a Subway where the female manager constanly touches and hugs her. What should she do to get this behavior to stop (she would like to keep her job but is scared to confront the person) ? What are her rights if she follows all the steps (confronts the person, tells another manager, tells the owner) and the behavior doesn't cease?

She should complain to the manager as soon as possible in writing and keep a copy. If it does not cease then she likely has a claim.
