Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I was emotionally abused and coerced severely into having sex with a boss for a time period between one and two years. After bringing this up to the proper authorities in my company, he abruptly quit. What are my rights, and is there a statute of limitations that stands on whether or not I decide to do anything about it?
