Are employees permitted to have an attorney present at a disciplinary conference? Must the employer allow this?

Unless you have contractual protection this ia a private interview and you have no right to counsel. If you feel that you know something that if asked about you wouldn't want say my sugestion would be not to submit to the interview and resign from your position. Otherwise, if you have no need to have an attorney at the interview then you should submit to the interview.
