Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Employee Harassment

If I report to my Employer that I am being harassed by a co-worker are they obligated to take action? If I ask to see documentation that action has been taken are they required to show me?

Re: Employee Harassment

Your employer is definitely obligated to investigate the events. Our office handles cases like these. We can file with the EEOC, have them investigate, and your office cannot retaliate against you during that time. Feel free to call our offices or e-mail me directly.
