My ex employer owes me money and will not pay me. What can I do to get them to pay me?

PA has a wage payment law that provides for penalties and atty fees for an employer's failure to timely pay wages. You should contact an experienced attorney in your area, or contact the county Bar Assoc where you live for its lawyer referral service.
