Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
My Employer wants me to pay for H1 expences and workers comp Insurance
I was working for company A since I did not like them I changed it to company B. I worked 6 weeks for company a out of which they have paid me only for one week. They have stopped my pay checks saying that since I have signed an agreement to pay legal and other expences I have to pay them $3600 hundred for H1 transfer and 1600 hundred for workers compensation insurance they have taken to do business in NY. Even though they were getting $48/hr they are not will to give my salary. Can I take them to court are there any rules which can help me. Please advice. Thank you.

It depends. You'll need to contact an employment attorney in the state where you are located. You could start with the department of labor.
Determine what state applies, where was the work located, where were you located and employed out of. You'll also need to look at any employment agreement or contract you had with company A and even possibly company B.
Generally employers must pay wages earned within two weeks. But if you signed an agreement otherwise they may be able to hold you to it.
Please bring your matter and all you paperwork to the local department of labor or a local attorney for a detailed review.
