Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
My employer has me work m-f 7am -8pm with 1/2hr lunch and if lucky 10 min break,
we where told we now have to work sat an sunday,when i asked about mu obligation to my church i was told show up or your fired, is this legal

Employees are generally entitled to a reasonable accommodation of their religious beliefs and practices. You may want to take a look at the EEOC's regulations and advice concerning discrimination on account of religion and the duty of an employer to provide a reasonable accommodation.
