Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
My employer has be doing work at another seperate company (entity) without being paid; I do get mileage. Do I have to do this work for free and what options do I have? Not do the work and risk being fired or doing it for free.

Are you a salaried employee or an hourly employee. If you are an hourly employee, you must be paid for all time actually worked. If you are a salaried employee, the analysis is much more complex.
