Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
employment discrimination, I was offered a management position and when boss found out I have arthritis the position was taken from me. Boss sent me home 4 days in a row. Now boss is telling me I can not return without a doctor note stating I am able to return. Only problem is he never said I was unable to work? I don't know what to do now? Please help?

More information would be necessary such as the size of the company ir number of employees. However it sounds like you may be experiencing discrination under the ada. if you have a company manual or booklet it may have the procedure to complaint about possible discrimination. you should register your complaints with the hr dept. perhaps best advice would be to first contact an attorney to discuss the matter in more depth. you may call my office if you wish to discuss this and set up an appointment.
