employment question: I have non compete , but the company I signed it with no longer exists, we were merged off and became a new company, is it still enforceable

It depends on the wording of the non compete. Also representations may have been made in the underlying merger regarding the survival of the agreement. best advice consult with an attorney to evaluate.
