Failure to pay wage

Last year, my former part-time employers failed pay me three weeks of wages (nearly $400). Two of those weeks, checks were issued and were unable to be cashed due to insufficient funds and the final week they failed to issue a check at all.Prior to this the corporate office for this entity moved from Norristown to Arizona,leaving an office here in Philly. A dispute then arose between the partners and the partner in Philly made a legal brake from the partner in Az.Both of these individuals have asserted that the debt owed to me is not their responsibility I have to date tried to get satisfation though the PA Dept. of Labor without success due to the fact that they believe that the corporate office is the responsible party and they have no enforcement ability in Az. What are my legal rcourses in this matter?

You may have the option to file a civil suit for the wages you are owed.

You may be entitled to liquidated damages and attorneys fees in addition to the wages.
