I am the only female at my job. I have 20yrs exp in my field far more than any others. I am usually a trouble shooter for the company and often do training of new hires. I have a great attendance record, several customer compliments and my coworkers enjoy working with me. However I have been passed over for promotion consistently. Everyone who has been hired after me has moved up. Do I have a case of gender discrimination?
