Final Pay

I was terminated and my employer still owes me 16 hours of pay and refuses to pay, without an explanation. He won't answer his phone or call me back. Is this legal?

Write a letter demanding payment within 10 days. A claim at the District Justice office for the employer can be filed under the PA wage payment law.
