''Last and Final Warning''

Can I be given a warning (last step before firing) because I posted a negative comment about a co-worker on a Fantasy Football website? This was done on personal time on my own computer and everyone ''smack talks''

Yes. This can be done. Unless you are being discriminated against based upon sex, race, religion, age or other protected status reasons, the employer can do whatever it wants.
