got fired
was accussed of stealin from my job and they filed a court order against me.. i received a letter saying that i need to go to court to be finger print.. i didnt steal anything and i dont want a criminal record. i had been an employee for that company for more than 4 years.. what can i do.. do i need a lawyer?

Sounds like you may need a lawyer. I would need to see the letter asking that you appear for finger printing before I could advise you on what to do. Who is the letter from? In light of possible criminal charges, I would not be fingerprinted until you have spoken to an attorney.
