Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I was fired for an injury outside of work

I was on Family medical leave for an auto accident and when I returned to work, my doctor had a few restrictions for me to help me recover. I was told that I needed the restrictions removed and then sent home from work. I was fired via telephone 3 hours later. Is there anything I can do about this?

the question is whether the employer can make a reasonable accomadation to the restrictions and whether you are suffering from a disabilty or perceived disabilty. You may have a claim under the ada. I would need more facts you should consult with an attorney.
