Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

i was just fired from my job because they accused me of being on drugs,i have not told anybody i worked with because i am embarrassed about the situation. a few people from that workplace called me and said they heard what had happened,i am truley mortified now because that is putting a cruel name on me. are my managers allowed to discuss this information with ANYBODY other then me? i want something done about the situation.
