''Fired without proof''
I was fired because they said i had closed the store early and comitted time clock fraud for only one day of the 2 years i worked there, yet when i asked to see documentation they wouldnt show me any nor would human rescources return my calls. It doesnt make sense. The mall closes at 930. The boss said i closed at 905 yet the bank deposit which is 2 min away inside the mall was at 937. then they said i clocked out at 1000 which is true but i had 2 big loads of trash to take out which would have brought me to 1000. i want to know if it is legal for them to not show me proof of this and my boss also told a lot of other employees about my termination and the reasons. I also want to know if that is illegal to do? I feel i was wrongfully terminated and i want to do something about it.

Since you are an "at-will" employee (i.e., you don't have a UNION), your employer can fire you for any reason or no reason. They don't need a reason to fire you and their reason doesn't have to make sense or be true.
That's why you need a union.
In terms of them telling others why you were fired, a defamation suit is possible...if you can show damages (i.e., it prevents you from getting another job, or they tell a prospective employer their "reasons" for firing you).
