Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
Getting Fired
I recently got fired from my job because I hit My head and knocked myself out and the managers asked me questions while I was out of it that I answered falsely, can they really fire someone for not telling the truth when they are out of it?

Re: Getting Fired
Generally, an employer can fire you for just about any reason, as long as it is not based upon your race, sex, religion, or membership in any other protected category. If you lied to them, they can terminate you for that reason.
