Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Fired.. wrongfully!!!!

I was working for a little company who worked with troubled youth and about 4 months into me working there a new boss came aboard. He never spoke to me, and never acknowleded me. Mind you I was a white female, and out 0f about 60 employes there were only 6 white staff in total. My boss was suppossed to have supervisions with me but would never show, and when teammeetings that i was suppossed to attend came around every two weeks my boss would call and tell me I didnt have to come. Two days before my 6months the program director calls and fires me over the phone because i didnt attend meetings which my boss told me not to and did not have superision whihc my boss never showed for. I told the director this and he kept making up other excusesto fire me. I had read some emails and they discussed hbow my boss was talking to other employees about me, and how they were trying to get me fired so they could have a black male take my shift. I also discussed this with the director and he said i neededto worry about myself. I also received my 6month evalution and they completely lied about my work ethic and made it out to be like I never did ant work when I was the only one who did anything. with more to speak about.. please help!!!
