I have aworker comp claim pending due to inury on the job. Must I also apply for FMLA since I am entitled to W.C. benefits? What is the difference?

Re: FMLA vs, Worker comp
Did your injury incapacitate you and prevent you from working? If so that is what the worker's compensation should take care of. FMLA applies to taking time off from work for a medical reason for your self or family member but does not seem to be the main issue in this case.
