Harassment, Retaliation, Sex Discrimination?
Over the past 2 years, I've submitted over 4 complaints about my boss and a co-worker(subornate and assistant) about their sexual activities(sexual activities were seen and discussed). They admitted to having sex at the workplace and was written up. The co-worker continued to talk about their sex life(all details) when I asked her to stop.
After I was pregnant I was written up for subordination about talking about a cell phone and some other non-sense stuff( i have the details) which i refused to sign(they never asked me to sign it). The boss's boss continued to make me cry, call names, bully, harrass me and made sure that my coworker never did any work from me even thou she was the assistant.
I was continually harassed and threatened not to go to HR again by the boss's boss but found out HR and the boss's boss had vacationed together, they were good friends.
No resolvent was ever made on any of the complaints that I filed(hostile work environment, harassment, sexually charged workplace). Now the coworker is at home(she chose to) and my boss is now coming up and touching our shoulders, and flicking our ears. We asked him to stop. He still continues to do this.
There is even more details about this situation but Im afraid to go to HR because they wont do anything about it and will come after me.
He also recently hired a new gentleman who is making more them me(he told me) because he wanted to get a raise. He just started, we have the same job, I'm much more experienced(prior work experience and working at this place for more then 5 years), and hes making more then me on a starting salary. He isnt the only one.
Im still currently employed at this big corporation with toxic bosses.
What should I be doing to protect myself should they terminate my employment? What other remedies to I have to correct this situation?
I'm currently a top performer and there is talks about possibly letting me go?

You may have aeries of issues sexual harassment, pregnancy discrimination, retaliation, se discrimination It would be in your best interest to consider filing a complaint with either the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission or the EEOC. You should also review your situation in depth with an attorney as these cases are fact sensitive.
