Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

i have a hearing disability. i am an lpn. when i started at this job i informed human resources of the problem. they claimed they did not have to accomodate me. the phones are bad and it is difficult to hear well on the phones. a lot of phone calls are part of my job. the unit manager on my floor then started to claim i was not calling the dr's and could not hear well enough to do my job. an incident occured on my shift where a resident fell ,i witnessed it,and the person did not hit her head which i put in the incident report. the same woman fell on the day shift,2 shifts later, and i was blamed and suspended. a few weeks later after my bankruptcy lawyer advise the company payroll of a garnishment for my wages i was again suspended ,this time because a family member told a lie about me refusing to call an ambulance for her to take her cousin to the er. the supervisor was standing there when this woman stated she was taking her cousin herself by bus. the supervisor okayed it and i got in trouble! and now i am suspended again for signing out a treatent for ben gay that was not available at the time and i did not have but i signed it out by accident. i have only been there since february. other people have not been suspended for far worse. do i have a case for harassment?

You may have a case of Disability discrimination or discrimination because of your bankruptcy filing. I don't think there is a harassment case there, though. If you want to complain the best place to start is probably the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission in the State Office Building.
