hidden cameras at the workplace

I was fired from my job today, because they said they caught me on tape stealing $26.00 from the register. I know I didn't do this and they refuse to show me the tape. Are they under any obligation to show me the tape? What are my rights reguarding this matter?

Your employer does not have to show you the tape. However, unless they can proce you stole the money you shoul dbe entitled to collect unemployment benefits. Please contact me if you need help.
