I have an IRA taken out of my pay each pay, I am payed bi-weekly.
Does my employer have a time limit to deposit my money into my account. Last year there was only 4 deposits and so far this year there has not been any.

Fascinating question. Get a copy of your plan from the Plan Administrator and see what language exists on the topic. Further answer requires a little ERISA research as the area is pre-empted. I think you have a valid point; and maybe a Class Action.
