Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
I am a line cook in a kitchen in a casino. The executive chef wrote me up for not shaving when other chefs of restaurants which he also controls do not shave and are not told to shave. Does he hold the right to say who needs to shave and who doesn't or is that a form of discrimination.

You didn't say why he wants you to shave. Discrimination is treating someone differently because of your race, religion, etc. Is that the reason?
Perhaps the employees at your casino need the protection of a union.
