Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I live and work in pa. We are not a union we work 52 hrs a week but we r required to work thru our lunches everyday without getting paid. How or what would I do to take action?

Sounds like you have a possible Wage & Hour claim. The law requires that wages be paid for all hours worked and that all hours worked be counted towards overtime.
