Mis-representation by a union
I am a union member and my union representative refuses to represent me. He says i'm a disgrunteled employee. He's right there..What rights do I have.

Rights in union reprsentation.
I absolutely love an honest person. Your union has a responsibility to represent you and this responsibility becomes a duty in certain circumstances.
The source of your rights with regard to the union are based in your labor agreements. You should recieve a copy of these each time your union enters a new contract with the employer.
You first course of action will be to escalate the matter beyonf your union rep. Beyond that you should get an attorney involved to help you discern and enforce your rights.
Some union reps are better than others. Don't stop until you find a union person who will work for you.
