music in the work place

we are not permitted to listen to music Mon - Wed but are permitted Thurs - Sat if we have a personal device (cd player, mp3, etc.

What legal repercussions do I have if I am suspended or fired for listening to music 6 days a week.

we are a non-union facility.

You asked about recourse for repercussions resulting from workplace rule infractions.

Unless a rule is created or enforced in an unlawfully discriminatory manner then an employee may be fired for any cause or no cause in PA.
