Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

My newish employer, a credit union, seems to me to be breaking the labor law re: overtime/comp time. And while the hours involved are not incredible, so far, per employee, it still seems to be a violation and done with the knowledge they are breaking the law. I want to report them because of the principle and legality of the situation and to prevent further occurances, but I also need my job, and fear I will be fired as they can fire me at will . Do I have any legal protection from termination if I were to report them?
