Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
i am a nurse and was accused of "improper handling of narcotics" , not stealing. I was forced to resign, no drug test. no proof of missing drugs. Now I am being black balled by other institutions where "family members of nurses who work at my old job are continuing to spread lies, work and cannot find a job. Nothing was even brought against my license, no charges filed. The director of nursing said " You have no friends here" and the unit coordinator asked me if I was bipolar. My coworkers told me to slow down because I "did to much for the facility" and and made them look bad. What can I do?
