PA Employee Non Compete Agreements

How enforceable is the PA non compete agreements if the location of business is in another state such as Virginia? And does tenure of 25 years make a difference?

These clauses can be enforced but courts frown on them. They must be limited in duration and sometimes in geographical scope.

These agreements must be REASONABLE in TIME and GEOGRAPHIC scope. Just based upon those facts, the restrictions do not sound reasonable.
