pay check declined insufficent funds

I received my paycheck and presented it to the bank.The bank would not honor it due to insufficent funds.What recourse do I have?What procedures should I use to make my employer make good on my check.I am still employed with this company.

You have many options. The first is a practical one, talk to your employer tactfully. If there is no result there then you may pursue it with the Dept of Labor under the Wage Payment Collection Law. www.sethlawoffices.com
