Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

pay cut

boss took my raise away after he said I will get it, is this legal?

I am an--name removed--Caregiver/NO asistant and get no benefits.

I also work 7 days a week but get payed stictly 40 hrs.

This dosnt seem correct, HELP
