Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

pay for job training

i am a furniture salesman on a commission vs draw sales floor. my employer continually has us come in 2 hours b4 store opening on our days off at times for product training. other times they will have you go to the corporate office for a full days training when you should be on the sales floor and not compensate us for either. should we not be paid for this time?
