Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

The priest who oversees the Cathlic school in which I work told us yesterday that after we use up our 2 personal days, we can't use our sick days for vacation days. I agree that we shouldn't do that, but we have no vacation days to use. Sometimes we need a few days. If we use the sick days when we're not sick, he will make us pay for the substitute teacher ourselves! Can he legally do that?

No. He cannot make you pay. He can discipline you or terminate you. If you are terminated for violation of a known rule, you will most likely be unable to collect UC benefits.
