Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Hi, this question is about my son who is 17 years old. The place where he in employed has a third shift, and he would rather work the third shift then the first or second shift that he is working now. I have read through the Pennsylvania Child labor laws and the way that I am understanding it is that he is able to work third shift at 17 years old in Pennsylvania if he is not enrolled in a "Regular Day School." My son is not enrolled in a Regular Day School, he is in a self paced cyber school, which is not considered a Regular Day School. So am i correct that he is able to work the third shift at 17 years old in Pennsylvania since he does not attend a Regular Day School.

Thank You
