My rap sheet says non conviction/nolle prosse do I answer yes on no to the have you ever been convicted of a crime on the application

If that's what it says then you need to get your record EXPUNGED. Then you have not even been "arrested" in the eyes of the law! Contact our offices to discuss having a petition for expungement filed.
