Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Safety

My company I work for has numerous safety hazards. We have been voicing our concerns for years now with no resolution. Company admits there are known safety concerns but rather than fix problems they tell us to use ''Extra precaution in these areas. We consdered contacting OSHEA but we fear retaliation from company. We already has someone get killed here a few years ago. Company does not seem concerned with safety matters and run machines knowing they are unsafe. Any advice?

Re: Safety

1. Anonymous tip to OSHA.

2. Organize a labor union locally.

3. Meet with counsel to explore nuisance and other laws.

Call the Regional Office of the NLRB if you are fired or otherwise disciplined for collective activity.

Good Luck.
