Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Schwans Home Food's -HELP US ALL

we put many hrs. on the road . we are all salary paid. we recieve no holiday pay or any sick days. we have to make up our missed days, even if we have 65 hrs. a wk. myself - i have never seen any contracts stateing we miss a day we get docked in pay.WE ARE SALARY PAID. we should get paid for a day off & not be made to make up these days. RIP OFF ! is there a law that can help us ?don't even get sick, more will come out of your wallet.
