Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

Much more, but in short, I was promised over 11k in benefits including health insurance for myself and family, on signed contract. 6 months later I still have no benifits. Breach of Contact? damages?

I can give more info if needed.

Provided you fulfilled all your obligations, you have a breach of contract. I suggest you hire a lawyer. Due to the amount in controversy, I would seek to negotiate a contngent percentage fee. An hourly fee is not a good arrangement. If the benefits are covered by the Pennsylvania Wage Payment & Collection Law, you may be entitled to an award of attorney's fees against the employer.

Alternatively, if your benefits are covered under the Act the wage & hour division of the Department of Labor may investigate your complaint. The Federal version is the Fair Labor Standards Act and is enforced by the Department of Labor.
