Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
In the state of Pa. can an employer cause ( I.E. force )the employee to use his or her monies for any/all travel and business exp. often exceeding 2/3 of weekly salary ? The employer maintains the right to reimburse the employee at their leisure often 2-3 weeks . This often causes the employee personal financial hardship . Can this be done ?

I would look into the contract you signed when you got employed. Also, you don't always have to agree to it. It you can ask for money upfront.
You should speak to an attorney specializing in wage and hour claims. There is no law requiring your employer to advance such costs, but by delaying the reimbursement, the employer may be running afoul of rules regarding the timeliness of payments.
