Statue of Limitation

How do I have to file a suite against an employer who did not give me all of my pay when I left the job?

since you are in Pennsylvania, go to the Department of Labor & Industry's Office of Wage and Hour compliance and tell them your circumstances. They should help you. If not, seek private counsel recommended by your union. If you don't have a union, remember to get one next place you work.
