Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I am a teacher in a Union Private School. My contract , according to my union rep, states I should have had my rehire letter in my hand by May30th. After 27 years of teaching there, the Administration has refused to present me with my letter (all staff have gotten theirs). Do I have a case if they broke my contract? They also asked me to teach tap dance classes in a studio to be built in the beginning of the year and they never did it. I complained of shin splints from tapping on a cement floor, yet they did nothing about the room and didn't cancel the classes. I taught what I could, but the missing floor and lack of attached mirrors in the dance studio made a very dangerous situation for me and my students. At this time I still hurt and I am unsure if I have a fulltime job to return to in the fall. The Head of School left today on a crtuise (the last day of school and last day to receive my letter)
