Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania

I've been teaching at a university full-time for three years. My contract is one-year renewable. A new director took over my department and my contract wasn't renewed this year. My evaluations were good. My service was at least as good. My professional development was great. The person hired to replace was is less-qualified in service, evaluations, and professional development. The new director is a minority female. The new hire is a minority. I'm a white guy. Many other people with one-year contracts--most women and minorities-- were retained. Some of these people are my friends and they've allowed me to see their evaluations and mine are higher.

Am I being discriminated against? Do I have a case?

Sincerely,

L. James
