Legal Question in Employment Law in Pennsylvania
Unemployment
I got a notice of a Hearing for my unemployment stating that my old employer is appealing so i can't get unemployment. They first time I filed my claim for unemployment i got a letter stating they found no misconduct. The reason they let me go is she that she lied to the District manager Saying I was cursing at her. and i did refuse to sign the write up that I got from the day before. The reason I did not sign that was because It was my day off and I just came in to get my pay check and also I feel I didn't do anything wrong. She cursed me and my aunt who also worked there witnessed the whole thing. So my question is should I get a lawyer for the unemployment hearing. And also What can I do to get justice for being wrongfully terminated.

Re: Unemployment
It is very important to have an experienced unemployment compensation lawyer represent you at the hearing in front of the Referee. The issue will be whether you have been fired for "willful misconduct" and the employer may give testimony at the hearing regarding the circumstances of your discharge. If you are interested in having me represent you at your hearing, please call my office and I will discuss with you the fee I charge.
